Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Location: Wembley, Middlesex

Our client, a market leader in the distribution of mobile phones and mobile phone accessories is looking for a capable credit controller / admin assistant as soon as possible.

If you have some credit control experience, a great personality, excellent customer service skills and a desire to excel, you maybe just the person our client is looking for.

GENERAL:

• Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9.30a.m. to 6p.m.

• Responsibilities and duties in accordance with Quality Procedures

• Overall responsibility of 3 to 4 main accounts solely for the subsidiary company i.e. internet payments, Pay Pal, Ebay

• Maintain appropriate records to clearly show sequence of communication with customers

• To post sales receipts to the correct customer account in a timely fashion

• Produce and issue customer statements monthly

• Pro-actively working to ensure all payments are received and allocated appropriately

• Prompt and courteous answering of all client and internal enquiries

• Supply of copies of invoices and statements in accordance with client requests

• Taking of payments and issuing of refunds in respect of credit card and all related credit card procedures. Including maintenance of credit card authorisation files

• Effective reduction, early recognition of and control of potential bad debts

• Effective maintenance of client base i.e. ensuring correct details are held

• All related administrative duties
